How it works
Straightforward Property Ownership. A Specialist Rental Model.
A familiar property purchase, paired with a specialist rental arrangement. Here is what to expect at each stage.
- 01
Explore opportunities
Review available completed residential properties, their purchase prices, rental arrangements and projected net yields.
- 02
Purchase your property
Purchase the individual freehold property in your own name, subject to the usual conveyancing and due diligence process.
- 03
Rental agreement
The property is subject to the relevant rental agreement involving the local authority or housing association.
- 04
Receive rental income
Receive rental payments in accordance with the contractual agreement.
Rental payments depend on the relevant contract, the performance of the counterparty and the applicable terms. Payments are not guaranteed.
Before you buy
Review the information pack, including the rental agreement, counterparty and projected costs. Instruct an independent solicitor and consider a survey.
During the purchase
Standard conveyancing applies: searches, title review and enquiries. Your solicitor should examine the rental agreement in detail before exchange.
After completion
The property is subject to the rental agreement. Keep records of payments, insurance and any obligations you hold as owner.
